Max on Life

I know Max Lucado is an author of many books, but what is he known mostly to me as?  The creator of Hermie and Wormie...that crazy but lovable DVD series for kids! I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect when I received this book.  I knew it would probably be a good read, I mean really, he has a good DVD series, right?  :)

Little did I know how right I would be!

"This book gathers Max's responses to the most often-asked questions.  They're vintage Lucado.  Simple without being know-it-all.  direct but compassionate, honest and authoritative, and always deeply practical.  Full of challenge and comfort.  Bite-sized essays.  Practical, inspirational, and Bible-based."  (Taken from inside front book cover)

172.  That's the number of questions addressed in this book!  From abortion to worship...many topics are covered.

7.  That's the number of "chapters" you will find in this book.  From the first chapter entitled "Hope", to the last chapter titled "Hereafter".

Ever have the questions;  "Why am I here?"  "Why me?"  "Why church?"  "Any chance of a second chance?"  "Any hope for prodigals?"  "Where's the lifeline?"  "Who goes where?"  Max addresses all these plus more in his ever gentle yet constructive way.

This book is an easy read; read it straight through, or brows the topical index and dissect it piece by piece.  No matter how you choose to get through it, make sure you pick it up and pass it on to a friend when your through!  Not sure if you'll want to let go of your copy?  I recommend buying one for a friend from the start!

**I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze®.com. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.**
