My desire is to blog my way through my weight loss journey, however long that may take. I will try to have a daily exercise post, to update you on how I am doing. I also hope to post my highs and lows, whatever those may be. As with anything in life, I know this journey will have many bumps along the way...but I hope with God's help that I will be able to weather whatever obstacles life throws at me.
