Do I really need to count the days? It is getting harder and harder to go out in the mornings. I am not having a problem getting up at 4:30 am, it is just the going out in the cold and dark! I know if I want to see results, I need to keep at this, buy can't I do it from the comfort of my own living room? Why do I have to leave the house?
Oh yeah...it's the whole accountability thing. If I didn't leave to go elsewhere, I am afraid I would slip back in to the same old habits. Sometimes to grow/better yourself you need to become uncomfortable for the cause!
